Paul Kent Halls

Paul Kent Halls (phase two) of Oxford Brookes University comprises of student accommodation within Blocks A – F  and Rowan House, which comprises of the main Campus Reception, Warden Accommodation and multi-functional areas and rooms.

Our mechanical installation package consists of: LTHW Heating, Hot & Cold Water Services, Gas, Ventilation, Cooling, BMS and Above Ground Drainage. The range of services installed across the tight refurbishment project which include fourteen heating systems, a seven thousand litre CWS tank with associated booster set, pre-plumbed en-suite pods and new BMS controls with smart radiator valves.
