Oxford University Biochemistry Laboratory

This project involved the refurbishment of an existing laboratory. This including 14 new fume cupboards and all associated services. The Laboratory was then to be utilised by a new tenant. The works executed on behalf of Oxford University, Department of Biochemistry.

The works included Supply Ventilation, Fume Extract, Compressed Air and Nitrogen generating plant, Gas Detection, Heating, Chilled Water, Domestic Services, Chemical Waste and a bespoke Building Management System.
