Project Herald Laboratory Milton Park

Lawton Building Engineering Services are extremely proud to have been associated with and successfully completed the Mechanical Engineering Services for the Project Herald laboratory and office fit out at Milton Park, Oxfordshire. The client New England Biolabs has been a leader in the manufacture of enzymes for molecular biology applications. New England Biolabs Lyophilization Sciences Ltd. is equipped to design, develop and manufacture lyophilized reagents that can be stored at ambient temperature and can be used in multiple areas of the life sciences.  

The project, completed for Total Projects (UK) Ltd, included heating / cooling vis ASHP’s, process chilled water, ventilation, dehumidification, air conditioning, cold room, compressed air / Nitrogen generation, Nitrogen Exhaust, sanitary ware, domestic / Cat 5 water services and drainage.

Lawton would like to thank both our own management team members Phil Brumby and Lewis Smith for their efforts as well as the site foreman Mike Will, installation team and sub-contractors. It was an absolute pleasure to have worked with all the team of dedicated, well organised, & professional members of the team including a huge thank you to all of those involved.
