This project involved part demolition and rebuilding of an existing Victorian Kitchen, in the heart a fully operating boys school (650 pupils) removing all ground floor supporting walls, heavy temporary work and steel framing and installation of a new kitchen and servery. A library and new student room were built on a new first floor.
A temporary kitchen was procured adjacent to the site and 3,000 meals served daily for the duration of the project.
